Hollyoaks is welcoming back Zara Morgan, the sister of Luke Morgan who is played by Gary Lucy, after her exit in 2005.

Nearly 16 years on, Zara actress Kelly Condron is reprising the role and returning to the Channel 4 soap in upcoming scenes.

One of the soap’s original characters, she was friends with Steph Dean and Abby Davies, and featured heavily in the memorable university halls in the village.

But in 2005, she decided to leave the village for good and headed to Thailand to work for charity – with Lee joining her, and the pair making a go of things.
